How Referral Rewards Work

When someone you refer books a qualifying vacation of $2,500 or more, I thank you both.

They receive:

3. a welcome travel perk when applicable

You receive a travel credit as a thank-you after they return home.

To qualify for a referral reward:

• The referred traveler must be a new client of Inclusive Travel by Brooke
• They must mention your name when they first reach out or at the time of booking
• They must book an eligible vacation package (cruise, all-inclusive resort, guided tour, or Disney vacation package) with a total value of $2,500 or more

Additional Details

• Referral rewards are issued after the referred traveler completes their trip.
• Rewards apply to future travel planned through Inclusive Travel by Brooke.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals you may make.
• Rewards are issued per qualifying package, not per traveler.
• Referral credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Credits may be applied toward a final payment but may not be used for deposits.
• Bookings that are canceled, transferred, or substantially modified may affect eligibility.
• When multiple rooms, cabins, or reservations are booked for the same household or travel party traveling together, the total vacation value may be combined to determine eligibility.
• Referral rewards are issued once per referred household or travel party, regardless of the number of rooms or reservations booked.
• Separate households traveling together may qualify individually if each household meets eligibility requirements.
• Inclusive Travel by Brooke reserves the right to determine eligibility when multiple bookings are part of the same vacation.

Referral rewards are intended to thank clients for introducing new travelers to Inclusive Travel by Brooke.

Inclusive Travel by Brooke reserves the right to interpret, adjust, or discontinue the referral program at any time.

Referral rewards apply only to new bookings and may not be applied to previously quoted or transferred reservations.
